By Commissioning me you are agreeing to the following:
The artist has the right to showcase and distribute any artwork they have created in any way that they like, unless agreed otherwise. This includes and is not limited the use of commissioned work in portfolios, galleries, prints, etc. The client does not need my permission to redistribute their commissioned work. It is their purchased property. They are welcome to modify their own commission however they like as well.
I may refuse any commission at any time, whether the client has paid or not. If the client has made payment they will receive a refund, only if no work has been done.
Client is agreeing that they are at least of 18 years of age when doing business with me.
Should any of the artists become deceased in the course of a transaction between them self and the customer, all commissions shall become null and void. Friends and family members are NOT to be held responsible for debts created on the artists' behalf, even after death.
You do not have the right to hold anything over my head. If you threaten me or my family; I have every right to cancel your commission and void your ability to refund; along with being blocked from any business from me.
Section 2
Making Payment and Refund Policy:
Payment is due after the initial sketch is agreed upon. Once the client has received the artwork or passed sketch stage, there is no refund. The work is done and therefor payment is owed without any discussion.
Failure on behalf of the client to meet their own financial obligations is not a legitimate cause for a refund. If the client does not like where their request is heading for personal reasons, credits are given to the client to be used on future commissions. No refunds are given if a fall out happens between shared commissioners. If a shared commission has not been paid by both parties, then money is refunded.
Section 3
Stolen Artwork Policy:
If you are a commissioner you are welcome to do whatever you like with the work you have commissioned.
If it is not your commissioned work, you have absolutely no rights to any of the work. If I find that you are making a profit off of my work, I will not hesitate
to take legal action.
You have my written permission to post my work wherever you like. It's free advertising!

Disclaimer: If you do not see it on this list, I do not take that theme. For Transgender Characters, I no longer accept them due to idiots, drama, and unwanted attacks towards my clients. There are plenty of artist that will work with them, and would be happy to take your work. If you get easily offended by tags such as cuntboy or herm, please let me know. I will delete the image from my gallery and you will be banned from commissioning me again if drama is brought up by you because you didn't inform me properly.
